THE PROCESS

DeTrauma Technique (DTT) ™

Anyone with Trauma knows the debilitating effects of having the emotional wounds, the adrenaline of fight/flight/freeze mode and unexpected triggers still living inside your body.


The first step is to remove these using DTT, an amazing technique that will desensitise your body to the trauma. 

Most cases can be completed in 1-2 sessions, depending on complexitity.
 

This allows us to continue on with life and break free from the past by allowing our body to live in the present moment.

Unravelling Limiting Beliefs

 

Gaining a clear understanding of your own limiting beliefs, your patterns of thought, speech and subconscious blockages (including traumatic events) and the emotional state you are embodying is the next step in change.

 

As we begin to uncover how you view yourself, others and life we build an awareness of what's really going on inside you.

You will learn tools to override negative thinking, redirect thoughts and even find them laughable!

This enables you to begin to perceive new opportunities and look to creating a new future.

Creating a New Future


Once you are able to view life from a new perspective and see new opportunities for yourself, we build up and engrain self love, confidence and self-worth. 

You will learn tools to reprogram your emotions, connect deeper with yourself and pave neural pathways for new habits to form.

New found self worth, confidence and new habits will bring you a brand new life that is fulfilling.

Gaining Freedom

 

This Therapy is designed for you to have success in your life and to not need continuous ongoing guidance. The goal is for you to end your sessions with the skills to continue to self regulate your body and mind.
